"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like.
We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
✔ Return within 14 days
✔ Return with proof of purchase (invoice/cash bill)
✔ Item must be brand new, unused with all original tags/labels attached
✔ Purchases must be returned to a store of the same brand
✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
Excluded items (for change of mind returns):
✘ Personalised/Custom-made product
Faulty Product Returns
- If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
- Can't find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don't have that, get in touch and we'll do our best to track it down.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
Goods sold are exchangeable but not refundable. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 20% of purchase price will be impose.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you can contact us via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Order email once your order. We use lorry transport services or our own lorry to ship your product. We will provide contact number of shipment carrier or our lorry driver’s contact for you to contact them easily.
You can also collect your goods that you have order at our warehouse.
Our warehouse is located at: No.18 Jalan Utama 2/34, Taman Peridustrian Puchong Utama, 47140 Puchong, Selangor.
Dynaloc Flooring is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping when using outside lorry service. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
